Crosstown Shootout and Roommate Switch (Again!)

    Okay, so, did I ever mention that I don't really like UC? :)  Actually, all things said and done, the Crosstown Shootout, the annual game between Xavier and the University of Cincinnati, was, this year, a great game that really kept fans on the edges of their seats (or their beds, as I was).  I am disappointed that Xavier lost and I believe we should have won.  However, I had a feeling XU was in trouble, given that we were ranted 26th and UC was ranked 5th.  It was amusing watching ESPN's coverage of the game, since they had no clue how big the game was in Cincinnati.  They were surprised that Skyline Chili, the sponsor of the Shootout, actually had made their own basketball for the game.  I didn't like some of the camera angles ESPN used, too, but, well, what can you do?  And, how silly was it that UC only gave Xavier 150 tickets out of the 13,100 that the Shoemaker Center seats?  Pfffttt....that was silly.
    Anyway, we'll beat them next year.  Don't take it so hard, Heather. :)

    Well, yet again, I'm getting a roommate.  This one intends on sticking it out, which is a good thing, in my opinion.  I'm tired of revolving roommates.  Ashley, a girl down the wing, is unhappy with her current roommate, Megan.  Megan is okay with the move, so, Ashley is moving in with me on Saturday, January 30.  So, now, I'll be living with Ashley.  I've talked a little with Ashley and it seems like things are going to be okay with her.  I hope. :)  I am going to feel totally rejected if she can't stand me.  :)
